Shipping & Return Policies
Minimum Order
- The wholesale minimum order, excluding dropshipping orders, is $50.00.
- If you would like to receive approval for dropshipping, please contact help@jewelrymax.net.
Shipping Rates
- $7.50 Flat Ground Shipping.
- Free Shipping for orders over $150.00.
- Priority and Express Shipping costs are auto-calculated based on estimated package weight and shipping destination during checkout.
- Dropshipping Shipping: $6.00 + ($0.50 per item) for orders under $50.
- For bulk and heavy items, a surcharge may apply but will not exceed $17.50.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Flat rate of $15.00 (Free shipping for orders over $300).
- Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands: Flat rate of $15.00.
- International orders: Shipping cost auto-calculated based on USPS or UPS real-time software, depending on the shipping country and package weight.
Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
- Most orders will take 2-3 days to be delivered in the USA.
- During holiday or peak seasons, please place your orders early to meet deadlines.
- Reshipping or redirecting requests due to incorrect addresses will incur additional fees.
- Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including tariffs and duties.
- Credit cards will be charged at the time of order, and store credit will be issued for out-of-stock items.
Discount Plan
- Discount by Order Amount:
- $300 or more: 3.0% discount.
- $500 or more: 5.0% discount.
- Bulk Quantity Discounts:
- 6 or more items: 2.0% discount.
- A dozen or more items: 3.0% discount.
Drop Shipping
- No minimum order is required for drop shipping orders.
- Shipping cost: $6.50 per order (extra $0.50 per item if more than one item).
- Invoice and tracking information will be sent to you, not your customer.
- No invoice will be enclosed with the package.
- Shipper name will be your company name, but the warehouse address will be used as the return address.
- You may use our product images for your business purposes for free.
Return Policy
- Only unused defective merchandise or wrong items can be returned with prior authorization and a copy of the original receipt and invoice.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply for returns for any other reason.
- Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked are not returnable.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were shipped.
- Leggings and stockings are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply for cancellations on processed orders.
Payment
- Orders must be paid via MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card.
- No C.O.D. payments accepted.
- If using a credit card, include the card number, expiration date, name on the card, the 3-digit card verification number, and billing address.
